The Bobby Jones Golf Company (Australia and New Zealand) warrants Bobby Jones Golf Clubs against manufacturing defects and will use its best endeavours to repair* or replace* any club that is returned** to us in Sydney
The Bobby Jones Golf Company (Australia and New Zealand) provides a one year warranty with every golf club that it sells. Our warranty assures all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship starting from the purchase date. No other warranty is offered either implied or explicit.
Warranty claims for manufacturing defects that relate to Bobby Jones Golf Clubs not purchased from The Bobby Jones Golf Company (Australia and New Zealand) are to be referred by the purchaser directly to The Bobby Jones Golf Company in the country where the clubs were purchased.
*Repairs and Replacement
of defective golf clubs resulting from manufacturing defects. The Bobby Jones Golf Company (Australia and New Zealand) will at its sole discretion either repair or replace any of its defectively manufactured clubs.
**Returns
No clubs returned under the Warranty offered, will be accepted unless accompanied by a Return Authorisation Number and such number to be issued by The Bobby Jones Golf Company (Australia and New Zealand). The cost of Freight charges for returns are the responsibility of the person making the claim. The Bobby Jones Golf Company (Australia and New Zealand) will not pay freight charges for any returns
***Refunds
The Bobby Jones Golf Company (Australia and New Zealand) does not offer its customers any refunds but may at its sole discretion offer a credit for future purchases.
